Turn a property inquiry into a booked conversation

Alice promotes listings, events, and high-ticket offers for real estate teams and property service providers. It qualifies the person who responds against the profile you define, answers from the notes and brand materials you provide, and books the viewing, consult, or strategy call on your calendar.

A listing launch, open house, or briefing gets a promotion path and a direct way to book the next conversation.

Who it’s for

Teams who lose inquiries to slow follow-up

For brokerages, agent teams, and property service firms that sell viewings, consults, and high-ticket programs — not for a live market-data feed.

Brokerage leaders

Give the team one way to promote an event or a listing and one way for an inquiry to become a meeting, grounded in materials you approve.

Agents and teams

Alice handles first response, qualification against your criteria, and calendar booking so the agent spends time on the conversation that needs them.

Property service providers

Staging, advisory, relocation, and similar firms use the same agent to promote an offer and book the next appointment.

Inquiry to appointment

The path from offer to a time on the calendar

Read it as an itinerary. Your team still confirms access, lockboxes, and anything the calendar cannot know.

  1. 01

    Publish the offer

A listing launch, open house, investor briefing, or advisory program, promoted with social, video ads, event links, and email.

  2. 02

    Meet the inquiry

Alice responds on your website, Messenger, Slack, WhatsApp, or SMS, using the listing notes and brand materials you provided.

  3. 03

    Qualify against your profile

Timeline, intent, and fit are whatever criteria you set. Alice does not pull live MLS fields or invent a buyer’s finances.

  4. 04

    Book and remind

The viewing, consult, or call is placed through your CRM and calendar, with a reminder and a follow-up if they miss.

Offers Alice can run

Listings, events, and the appointment after them

Pick the offer that already has a page, a deck, or a set of notes. That is the brain’s source of truth.

Listings

Launch a property and catch the inquiry

Alice promotes the listing with the channels above and answers from the description, availability notes, and next-step language you provide.

Open houses

Fill a showing window

Event-style promotion plus calendar booking for the open house or a private showing. Your team confirms entry and logistics.

Consults

Book the buyer or seller conversation

Alice qualifies against the profile you define and books the listing consult or buyer meeting.

High-ticket programs

Promote a briefing or mastermind

Investor briefings, team workshops, and masterminds use Runday’s event motions: social, video, event links, email, then a booked conversation.

What Alice uses

Promotion, qualification, booking, and accurate answers

Same product as the rest of Runday. The itinerary above is how a property team would sequence it.

Promote the listing or event

Social posts, video ads, event links, and email, plus outreach written from profile and company data when you are prospecting.

Qualify the inquiry

Alice answers from your materials and checks the person against the buyer, seller, or client profile you define.

Book the appointment

CRM and calendar integration for the viewing, consult, or call, with reminders and missed-meeting follow-up.

Answer from your notes

Process, neighborhood, and offer questions are answered from documents you provide. Alice escalates when a person should take the thread.

The 20X engagement, appointments up to 3 days faster, and 95% of inquiries figures are product claims already published on the Runday homepage. They describe how Alice is built. They are not measured results for this industry.

Proof, stated carefully

A real brand on the site, and scenarios instead of invented quotes

Runday’s homepage logo row includes Douglas Elliman among other enterprises. That is a logo on the marketing site. This page does not attribute a quote, a listing workflow, or a result to them.

Douglas Elliman

Douglas Elliman, as it appears in the trusted-brand row on the Runday homepage.

Scenarios

How a property team would use Alice

Role sketches only. No brokerage is quoted here.

Scenario

For a brokerage marketing lead

Train Alice on the event or listing page you already trust. It promotes that offer and books interested people onto the team calendar.

Scenario

For an agent

Alice handles the first reply and the qualification questions you wrote down, then offers times. You take the showing and the advice.

Scenario

For a property services firm

Use Alice to explain the offer from your deck and to book the consult, the same way a software or agency team books a strategy call.

What this does not pretend to be

Questions from brokerages and property teams

Does Alice connect to the MLS?

There is no published MLS integration. Alice uses the listing notes, pages, and other materials you provide. If a fact is not in those materials, it should be escalated or added to the brain.

Can it book showings by itself?

It can book a meeting through your CRM and calendar, and it can remind the person. Your team still confirms access, lockboxes, occupancy, and anything a calendar event cannot know.

Can one brain cover a whole team?

Yes, trained on the team or brokerage brand. Use a separate brain when a specific listing or event should speak in its own voice and from its own notes.

Will Alice discuss price, fees, or legal terms?

Only from language you explicitly provide. It is built to stay on the materials you supply and to escalate past that. Do not expect it to invent contract terms or negotiate.

Is Douglas Elliman a published case study?

No. The mark is in the homepage logo row. We are not describing their process or results.
