Cover client questions and book the next service conversation

Alice learns the services, offers, and documentation you provide, then works as the AI brand ambassador for your MSP. It engages prospects and current clients on the channels Runday already supports, qualifies the request against your profile, books time on your calendar, and escalates anything a technician should own.

Use Alice to promote a briefing or a new offer, and to answer the client who writes in after the front office has gone home.

Two jobs, one agent

The front office is doing sales and coverage at once

Most MSPs do not have a spare team for either motion. Alice is built to run both from the same service brain.

Current clients

Stay accurate after hours

Answers come from the documentation you provide. Routine questions do not have to wait for the morning queue. Anything outside that material is escalated to a person.

New logos

Keep a pipeline while delivery is full

Alice finds prospects from profile and company data, qualifies them against the fit you define, and books the assessment or intro call.

Who it’s for

Roles that lose hours to coordination

For MSP owners, service coordinators, and client-facing leads who sell managed services, projects, and workshops on top of delivery.

Owners and sales

New logos, assessments, and quarterly reviews need a consistent first response and a meeting on the calendar, even during a heavy delivery week.

Service coordinators

Onboarding calls, maintenance windows, and review meetings get proposed, reminded, and rebooked through your CRM and calendar.

Client-facing leads

Alice answers from your service catalog and runbooks, and hands off when the question needs a technician or a vCIO.

How a request moves

From the first message to a booked window

A straight path your coordinators can recognize. Alice does not replace the technician who does the work.

  1. 01

    Service brain

Packages, the offers you sell, onboarding docs, and the policies you want quoted. Alice reads what you provide and does not invent the rest.

  2. 02

    Engage the person

Prospects and clients can continue on your website, Messenger, Slack, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  3. 03

    Qualify the ask

Alice checks the conversation against the profile and the materials you supplied, then flags what your team should see.

  4. 04

    Book or escalate

Intro calls, assessments, and reviews land on the calendar. Work that needs a technician is handed to a person.

Service motions

Where MSPs put Alice first

Start with one motion. Add the second once the brain is answering from the right documents.

New logo

Fill the assessment calendar

Alice represents your managed offering, qualifies companies against the stack and size profile you define, and books the intro.

Current accounts

Schedule reviews without a chase

QBR and roadmap conversations get a proposed time, a reminder, and a follow-up if the client misses.

Events

Promote a briefing or lunch-and-learn

Security briefings, workshops, and client events use the same promotion path as any other Runday offer: social, video, event links, and email.

Answers

Deflect repeat questions from your docs

Alice answers from runbooks and service descriptions you upload, and escalates when the issue needs a person. This is not a PSA or ticketing integration.

The capacity gap

What fills the day before anyone sells

None of this is a tooling lecture. It is the work that pushes new-logo outreach to “next week” every week.

01

The same questions land in chat and email

Status, onboarding, and “what’s included?” get answered differently depending on who is free. Alice answers from one set of documents.

02

Scheduling is a side job

Assessments, QBRs, and kickoffs slip into long threads. Alice offers times from the calendar and sends the reminder.

03

Outbound dies in delivery weeks

When the board is full, prospecting stops. Alice can keep first-touch and qualification moving against the profile you set.

What Alice uses

Coverage and pipeline from one brain

The capabilities below are the Runday product motions, described for an MSP rollout.

Open new logos

Outreach from social profiles and company data, aimed at the kind of organization you already serve well.

Qualify the request

Alice answers from your sales and service materials and surfaces the conversations that should reach an owner or a vCIO.

Book the window

CRM and calendar integration for assessments, kickoffs, and reviews, plus reminders and missed-meeting follow-up.

Answer from the runbooks

Always-available answers grounded in the documentation you provide, with escalation when a technician needs to step in.

The 20X engagement, appointments up to 3 days faster, and 95% of inquiries figures are product claims already published on the Runday homepage. They describe how Alice is built. They are not measured results for this industry.

Scenarios

How an MSP would use it

These are role sketches for a managed service provider. They are not quotes and not named customers.

Scenario

For an owner

Put Alice on the site and in email for companies that fit your stack. It qualifies and books the intro so delivery weeks do not zero out the pipeline.

Scenario

For a service coordinator

Alice proposes times for onboarding and review calls, sends reminders, and follows up when a client misses, using the calendar you connect.

Scenario

For a help-desk lead

Alice answers from the runbooks you uploaded. Issues outside those documents are escalated. It does not close tickets inside a PSA.

Limits worth knowing

Questions MSPs ask before rollout

Does Alice close tickets in our PSA?

That is not a published Runday capability. Alice answers from documentation you provide, books meetings through CRM and calendar integrations, and escalates when a person is required. ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, and similar systems are not claimed here.

Can it talk to existing clients and to prospects?

Yes. One brain can support two motions: accurate answers for current clients, and outreach plus booking for new logos. Keep the source documents current so both stay accurate.

What should technicians still own?

Diagnosis, changes, and anything that depends on live system state. Alice is a brand and revenue agent. It is not a remote-monitoring tool and it does not log into client environments.

How does a meeting actually get booked?

Through the CRM and calendar integration described on the Runday homepage, including reminders. Your team still decides who sits on the call.

Are there MSP-specific results we can cite?

Not on this page. The client logos and videos elsewhere on the site are real, and the homepage states Alice’s product claims. We are not attaching those claims to a named MSP outcome.
